TERMS & CONDITIONS – VexoWeb

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of VexoWeb’s platform and services, including Web Design services, Hosting services, Domain Registration services, and any related digital products.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any VexoWeb service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. General Service Conditions

Vexo offers digital services designed for business use. Services are delivered under a subscription, project-based, or one-time fee structure. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, login data, server credentials, and domains.

2. Web Design Services

All design work, branding, templates, UI/UX layouts, strategies, or custom work delivered by VexoWeb remains the intellectual property of VexoWeb until full payment confirmation is received.

Design work is non-refundable once delivered in any form (drafts, structure, concept, preview, prototype, or functional version).

3. Hosting Services

Hosting accounts are provided within an enterprise environment utilizing CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Ryzen-based servers, and NVMe storage. VexoWeb reserves the right to throttle or suspend an account in the event of abuse, security risk, illegal usage, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or resource exploitation.

4. Domains & Registry Rules

Domains that have been registered, transferred, or renewed cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This follows ICANN registry compliance rules globally.

5. Payments & Crypto

VexoWeb supports payments by Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and USDT crypto stablecoin.

  • Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Chargebacks / reversed transactions will result in immediate service suspension.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and not automatically granted. VexoWeb may consider refunds only in the following cases:

  • Hosting purchase only (shared hosting plans) – refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of initial activation, and only if account resources were not actively used (traffic, install, email, database creation, resource consumption).

  • No refunds apply to VPS, Dedicated hosting, domain purchases, web design services, custom development, premium configuration work, or post-launch digital labor.

VexoWeb reserves the right to decline any refund if the conditions above are not met.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

VexoWeb may suspend or terminate accounts that violate laws, compromise integrity, breach infrastructure, or exhibit abusive resource consumption.

No refunds are applicable in cases of suspension caused by customer misuse or violation.

8. Pricing & Adjustments

Prices may be updated periodically due to infrastructure scaling, changes in resource costs, data center margin updates, or market adjustments. Renewals reflect the current pricing as of the renewal date.

9. Limitation of Liability

VexoWeb is not liable for business losses, revenue losses, indirect damages, data corruption caused by third-party scripts, customer uploads, malware, misconfiguration, or client-side modifications.

Each customer is responsible for their own backups, code, security policies, plugins, CMS integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

10. Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time as needed for platform evolution or compliance adjustments. The latest version always applies.
